The fans wanted more RHYTHM and POETRY

Since the event's debut on July 19th, RHYTHM and POETRY has garnered a very loyal fan base. The same fan base that was sad to see the event go after it's successful college tour. Event goers of all ages expressed interest in bringing the live music & art showcase back full-time. IdleMindz was listening.

Starting January 17th, IdleMindz is bringing your favorite event back! The response we’re getting regarding the event’s revival has been great and we look forward to seeing you all on January 17th at Traffic Boutique!

Traffic Boutique is a black-owned clothing boutique & art gallery located in downtown New Orleans [1025 Bienville]. It’s open daily ’til 7p. We’re pushing the event up an hour so Rhythm And Poetry will be held every 1st & 3rd Monday from 8p-10p. Doors will open at 7:30p, with live band, 3rd Degree providing your listening pleasure throughout the evening.

Of course TheSeKondElement & Greg Banks will be back to host and keep you company during the event!
